Welcome message Only a modern financial system and powerful can ensure the country's development and economic growth allow for savings, investment, employment, increased purchasing power and standard of living. The fourth edition scheduled for 13 and 14 May 2008 in Algiers of our International Forum of the Finance wishes to continue to encourage the establishment, supervision and development in Algeria of an efficient financial sector that meets international standards into practice in the World. Our contribution comes in support of multiple efforts already initiated by the Algerian monetary authorities in recent years. The exceptional tribute to our Forum provided by the sponsorship of His Excellency the President of the Republic, demonstrates the interest of the Prime Magistrate Country for a priority sector of the economy in the supervision and care of the needs of economic development of countries. The development of the domestic financial sector is a complex process that must be integrated into a symbiotic relationship with the international financial sector. The era of accelerated globalization, the accession of Algeria to the WTO, upgrading and modernization of the financial system must Algerian us. That is why our Forum, through the exchange of experience between national and international financial institutions with contributions mainly theoretical and practical recognized experts and specialists of international finance, will help to target objectives on subjects hot as the Stock Exchange, electronic banking, the bank electronically (e-banking), the new instruments of payment, the optimal management of foreign exchange reserves and risk, capital investment, funding for alternative and renewable energy, 'special education and specifically in the many for finance constantly changing, the training of managers at all levels for the continuous updating of knowledge, and other topics. As every year we are supporting an industry or an issue whose importance is vital to the economy and Algerian society. As such, conferences and seminars dealing with water management and financing projects related to water will be presented in parallel with other conferences.
